She discovered her passion for education when she was a Chemistry teacher for a secondary school while studying Applied Chemistry at University. That experience made her want to continue educating children in complex topics.
In early 2022, Anhely founded Sustainability for Kids and published her first educational book ‘The World Behind Recycling' with the aim of providing children the knowledge and tools to embrace sustainability in their day-to-day activities.

Anhely has more than 20 years of experience in the fields of Innovation, Packaging and New Product Development. During this time, she has held roles in quality, R&D, engineering and packaging, delivering new-to-market products and sustainable packaging solutions. She also holds various post-degree studies, including food science, marketing, and environmental management.
Anhely has been an active member of the Australian Institute of Packaging since 2015 and her expertise in this field earned her a nomination as the 2023 Packaging Professional of the Year at the Packaging Innovation and Design Awards (PIDA).
Her passion for education began when Anhely was a Chemistry teacher for a secondary school while studying Applied Chemistry at Uni. This experience set a goal for her to continue educating children in complex topics.
